My name is Leigh Ann Webb and I am the Advanced Composition teacher and Scholar Teacher Coordinator at Edgecombe Early College.  I was born and raised in Tarboro and received my B.A. in English Education from Barton College.  I received my M.A. in Rhetoric and Composition from East Carolina University and I am also a National Board Certified Teacher in English.  I have taught at both SouthWest Edgecombe High School and Tarboro High School, so I have an appreciation and love for all the students that are in our county. I have been married for 28 years to my wonderful husband Jimmy, and we have two sons named Caleb and Jonathan.  I look forward to teaching every day and cannot imagine doing anything else with my life!  I am beyond grateful to be a part of the ECPS school family!
