Application Cycle

The Application Cycle for EECHS’s Class of 2031 is Now Open!

How Do I Apply?

1.     Complete the Application

  • Download an application, ask your middle school counselor for an application or pick one up during our visit to your ECPS middle school.

2.     Write Your Essays

  • Authentically answer each question.  We want to learn more about you.

  • Ask a trusted adult (or two) to review your essays before submission.

3.     Request Teacher Recommendations

  • You will need two teacher recommendations, one from a current core teacher and one from any other staff member that knows you well enough to tell us about you.

4.     Submit Your Application

  • For ECPS Scholars: Submit your completed application, including essays and recommendations, to your middle school counselor.  They will attach your school records for you.

  • For Non-ECPS Scholars: Submit your application, including essays, school records, and recommendations, directly to Mrs. Hayes.

Deadline: All applications must be submitted by Friday, January 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
Note: Late applications will not be accepted.
